Heat resistant protection device

Customer was having issue with the 5052 alloy aluminum bending while trying to form within the protection device that allowed for the gap to feed the wiring. This was creating additional scrap and reducing efficiencies. The Almetals sales technician observed their process and worked with the customer's engineer to provide an aluminum temper of H36 that held its form while feeding, eliminating the scrap and improving the efficiency of the process.
