CRISPIN PUTS CUSTOMERS FIRST

Wixom, Michigan – Almetals Company, a top
100 metals processing service center, recently announced
that Sandie Crispin has accepted the newly created
position of customer service associate. “This
position is a natural one for Sandie,” says
Sherri Hoover, customer service manager. “Customers
gravitate to her because she gets the job done right
the first time, she’s knowledgeable about
our products and people, and she has a great presence
by phone and in person.”
Crispin’s duties will be to primarily act
as a liaison with Almetals outside sales staff.
This will include processing and resolution of customer
issues or concerns, as well as quoting and follow-up
upon completion of orders. She will coordinate all
aspects of customer care to ensure their needs are
met.
Crispin has over 15 years of customer service and
automotive experience and holds certification in
internal auditing with QS 9000. She has attended
Macomb Community College for business education
and continued training.
